  Hi, my name is Julia, and I’d like to share my experience with Quest Diagnostics, located on the Main Street in Fairfax City. I purchased a Women’s Health Hormone Panel Expanded package online and scheduled my appointment the same day. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen right on time, which I really appreciated. I do want to especially highlight the phlebotomist who assisted me (I unfortunately don’t recall her name). I let her know upfront that I’m very afraid of needles and blood, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She made me feel comfortable and kept a calm, friendly conversation going throughout the process. Everything was going very smoothly until I suddenly passed out during the blood draw, which is something that has happened to me before. She handled the situation with such care and professionalism—she stayed with me, gave me water, applied a cold pack, and made sure I was okay before letting me leave. She even encouraged me to sit and fully recover, which I truly appreciated. Before booking, I had read some mixed reviews about this location, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, my personal experience was very positive, and I left feeling well taken care of. Overall, I’m a very satisfied customer and would definitely recommend this location—especially because of the compassionate care I received.

  I do not give blood well and the phlebotomist that dealt with me was so skilled, I did not know she was drawing blood till she changed vials. I was impressed!.

  It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The wait time upon arrival was less than 5 minutes and whole procedure was handled very professionally and efficiently. I go out of my way to use this particular facility because I’ve never had any issues and the staff is very efficient, friendly and professional. Additionally, the My Question app makes seeing test results from any Question center very easy.

  I wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming to this location. My phlebotomist was an East Asian woman. Upon blood draw, she jabbed the needle in my arm and blood squirted. There was a puncture hole left in the area after and I am still experiencing pain in that arm. I am very disheartened by the treatment I received.
