- JSJin Song5 days ago5.0Dr. Sunnie was very thorough. The front office was kind, clear, and helpful. I have a relative who is a hygenist at another office and she said that Dr. Sunnie's practice is where she would go because they do some of the best dental work. I agree and find it to be worth the drive. I had a deep cavity which could have had nerve/root canal potential, but they were able to resolve it with a filling. The diagnosis was clear and honest. The work was pleasant and thorough. I have no issues.

Dr. Sunnie Choi was especially patient and helped me feel completely at ease before my procedure. I truly appreciate the care and attention the team gives to their patients. - WHWed HNov 13, 20221.0Negative reviews that are true to the patient’s experience seem to be taken down unfairly (this one included). Dr. Choi has extremely poor bedside manner and never once returned my calls. Simply put- his behavior is negligent and uncaring. His staff, specifically Sarah Slovick, promised to tell Dr. Choi my message and ensured he would call me back but that never happened. I followed up many times. When a patient’s health is at stake, as a provider, you are expected to help and take responsibility. None taken with me. Due to Dr. Choi’s lack of timely follow up and response, the condition of my teeth has worsened and only caused me to seek more outside treatment—ultimately adding to my costs. I would never recommend him to anyone.
