    Love this place! Andrew is amazing. Only 20 min 2x a week and I now have arm and ab definition. As we age strength training is critical - that’s why I come. No weight loss, but I’m stronger and healthier.

    I’ve had a great experience working out with Andrew over the past year and four months. I was not in great shape and recovering from injuries, including a torn rotator cuff and history of back problems. Andrew has been creative and encouraging and gone above and beyond on, helping to ensure that I keep getting stronger and avoid any setbacks by really learning to listen to my body and find exercise exercises that work for me. It may sound silly, but at 57 I’m super proud of how strong I am!! I even had a pretty bad fall down some stairs that were icy and got up with just bruises. I attribute the lack of injury to my Perfect Workout.
