We received notification via email that the appointment was still on. The employee who set our appt did call my mom at 12:30pm that day but she was at work and couldn’t pick up the phone so she was not able to hear the message for the cancellation. We told the employee that she should have notified us a few days prior to inform us of the change in schedule so that we can adjust. This was an inconvenience as we had planned to exchange my mom’s relaxer as it was not supporting her well. In the future, it would be advised to notify your customers a few days in advance of any changes in appointments.
