  Order pickup went smoothly from one employee but Amber at the front desk had zero knowledge on troubleshooting basic questions and who to talk to for getting order questions resolved.

  Silvia from the Target approvals in Fairlakes shopping was extremely helpful during my visit. Very client oriented and I will certainly go back for Silvia’s sincere customer service. I wanted quick delivery of my glasses but Silvia did not over promise anything which I appreciate and she gave a work around!

  Disappointing experience so far. Originally ordered prescription glasses from them and also used their optometrist to get my new prescription. However I was disappointed and surprised when the new frames I received were not the same as advertised in their pics and were not low nose bridge fit. The frames were made with a defect - there was barely any plastic molding to support the nose. See pic. I also spoke with Amber on the phone. She said she’d try to leave a note with the lab to make sure this issue was not repeated again but then Indira mentioned they do not and cannot communicate with the lab, so if the lab makes the frame incorrectly (and we know these days mistakes are common), then you are essentially out of luck. It really isn’t that hard to just leave a note to prevent rework if it’s the lab making a manufacturing error because there’s no way the frames I received are low nose bridge fit. They are much flatter than the exact pair I have and even flatter compared to the pic advertised on their website. However Indira mentioned that “they don’t make the frames like the way I have them” anymore which makes no sense. You don’t just change the way you make the exact pair of frames over a few years. And you don’t advertise low nose bridge fit while barely having any plastic on the frames. The prescription I received was also a bit off center. Hope they make it correctly the next time because if not having to switch frames instead of just buying the exact same frames I already have is ridiculous. Manufacturers don’t just stop making frames the way they have always made them.

  The staff at Target Optical at Fair Lakes Shopping Center provided excellent service! Even before visiting the store, I spoke with Amber over the phone multiple times regarding the newly available FDA-approved Essilor Stellest myopia-control lenses. She was consistently patient throughout our interactions. During our visit, Mir took the necessary fitting measurements. Amber and Mir guided us through the entire process of purchasing Stellest eyeglasses without rushing. We needed to use the exchange policy for custom medical eyewear. The process involved multiple visits and several phone follow-ups and was handled professionally. Richard and Silvia took time to review the situation carefully and addressed the necessary details. Silvia rechecked the measurements using optical equipment to ensure accuracy, and the exchange was completed efficiently. Richard took the time to double-check the protection plan for the Stellest and added it over the phone. Highly recommended for their excellent, professional service, supportive staff, and truly customer-focused care!
