  OneLife Fairfax facility offers any kind of equipment you would need, including free weights. People working there are friendly and don’t hesitate to help if you need it. Training staff are energetic and competent to structure the kind of exercise you should follow depending on your age and physicals, any medical or physical problems you may have, how often you want to exercise, and what your goals are. Since they have so many equipment, even during the holidays, most crowded days, you don’t have to wait for the equipment you want use. It’s also a very clean place; exercise area, lockers, jacuzzi/sauna/pool area. You see someone constantly going around to keep the place clean. Definitely I highly recommend if you are in the process of looking for a clean facility.

  I’ve been a member here for several years and just renewed my membership as part of One Life fitness. Membership prices increased but the gym has been updated with new lots of new equipment and space. GM Stephen Berg has been a consistent force at the gym, always greets you with a smile and welcoming attitude. He is the most hands on GM I’ve seen as he routinely cleans, vacuums, and moves weights back to where they belong. Thank you Stephen for leading by example!

  Gym itself is okay, but the ac extremly weak half the time so its uncomfortably warm. Also the Bathrooms/Locker rooms are always disgusting so I doubt they barely clean it and also the HVAC/Ventilation there sucks because it always smells bad, and is stuffy and humid in there

  Nice gym, but they seriously need to expand their Sunday hours and add hairdryers to their changing rooms. Could also be cleaner.

  I knew when I walked in the door to do a tour, that I would love it. Tate walked me around and showed me all around the gym and was very helpful with answering my questions about the facility. I have tried 3 other gyms in the area and this one finally felt like “the one”. I am always happy to frequent this gym no matter if I have 20 minutes to spare or 2 hours. It definitely has such a peaceful aura.
