Marian recognized me when I walked in (even though the last time I was there was two years ago), warmly welcomed me, helped me pick glasses, and checked me out quickly. I will be back to see her specifically!

Disappointed with my experience at LensCrafters. The staff I came across were unhelpful, rude and disrespectful when I asked questions. Instead of offering customer support, I was brushed off and ignored. For a business that's suppose to provide professional service, the attitude and lack of care were really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend coming here based on how customers are treated.

Jennifer N. was extremely helpful especially with my insurance coverage, and the differences between in-network and out-of-network plan coverage. She helped my daughter find frames that she loves!

I dont remember the employee's name, I believe it was Kathleen or Kathy (she's an older lady and the nametag listed her as Team Lead). She was AMAZING, very attentive and helpful. Made my shopping experience so smooth and fun. Hope that I can be helped by her again the next time I come back to the store.

Had a great experience working with Jennifer and Cathleen towards purchasing glasses for my son. It took few couple tries and a phone call but they were so patient in hearing our concerns and then in helping us in ordering and purchasing the right glasses. I really recommend the team at the Fair Oaks mall lens crafters. From what I saw while there, the entire team took time and was patient in helping all their customers.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
