  So unprofessional ! I phone ahead to make sure they had my meds in stock and they did. So after I drove up there and gave my info since I was a new customer, I received a text saying more info was needed. I got up from the customer sitting area at the pharmacy and went to the counter. I told the clerk that I received a text saying additional information was needed. The pharmacist came to the pick up area and said he wouldn't fill my prescription. When I asked why, he just said he wasn't going to. I'm sorry I find that answer to be unacceptable and unprofessional. I've taken this medication for years and he even called my Dr, so there's no valid reason for him to not do his job. I wasted my time and gas going up there because they had it in stock. It's bad enough that prices are thru the roof for groceries and gas, and to be told her wouldn't fill my rx with any valid reason other than him saying "I'm just not going to" isn't a valid reason. I didn't get reimbursed for it. When I left I felt as if I was judged horribly. They're job isn't to judge people based on their medications or deny people their meds especially since he called my Dr , I'm guessing for legitimacy which was confirmed. While I can't say the ethenticity of the pharmacist, I will say that he's from an area that does not respect women and uses his power to deny medications to certain people. The way I was treated solely expressed that. I think this denotes a call to the Board of Pharmacies in Richmond Virginia. Unbelievable.

  For my medication I need to say "human" and "I have a perscription for (medication name)" to a human.

  I would give them zero stars if I could. I had scheduled a covid vaccine appointment and the “pharmacist” proceeded to give me her opinion on why she didn’t think I should get it and how in her opinion I didn’t qualify for it. I had to pull the cdc website and ask her to read from the “vaccine eligibility guidelines” section so that she would shove her opinion and give me the vaccine I was fully eligible for. Very unprofessional. Mind you, this is the same chain of pharmacies that fills my prescriptions for the same underlying conditions that make me eligible for the vaccine.

  Pharmacy is good but the pharmacist ( male) today was weird no greeting nothing. He seemed so dead and was speaking so low I could barely hear him. I like the female pharmacist better.
