  So unprofessional ! I phone ahead to make sure they had my meds in stock and they did. So after I drove up there and gave my info since I was a new customer, I received a text saying more info was needed. I got up from the customer sitting area at the pharmacy and went to the counter. I told the clerk that I received a text saying additional information was needed. The pharmacist came to the pick up area and said he wouldn't fill my prescription. When I asked why, he just said he wasn't going to. I'm sorry I find that answer to be unacceptable and unprofessional. I've taken this medication for years and he even called my Dr, so there's no valid reason for him to not do his job. I wasted my time and gas going up there because they had it in stock. It's bad enough that prices are thru the roof for groceries and gas, and to be told her wouldn't fill my rx with any valid reason other than him saying "I'm just not going to" isn't a valid reason. I didn't get reimbursed for it. When I left I felt as if I was judged horribly. They're job isn't to judge people based on their medications or deny people their meds especially since he called my Dr , I'm guessing for legitimacy which was confirmed. While I can't say the ethenticity of the pharmacist, I will say that he's from an area that does not respect women and uses his power to deny medications to certain people. The way I was treated solely expressed that. I think this denotes a call to the Board of Pharmacies in Richmond Virginia. Unbelievable.

  Store is clean, nice and well stocked. Store employees are kind and helpful.

  I have used this pharmacy since it opened without issues. But today, I went to get a refill and the Asian female pharmacist ignored me. I was on a walker and clearly in pain. She was doing flu shots for about 5 people. A disabled person or 5 people waiting for shots. No acknowledgement of me of standing there (in agony), just walked by me twice. Leaving HT and moving my families' prescriptions to a Walgreens. RUDE RUDE pharmacist. STAY AWAY.

  Pharmacy is good but the pharmacist ( male) today was weird no greeting nothing. He seemed so dead and was speaking so low I could barely hear him. I like the female pharmacist better.
