  On January 29, 2026, I called this pharmacy about my Dexcom G7 sensors, which I need for my insulin pump. I had an issue with insurance and was trying to explain, but the lady cut me off and ended the call. This was dismissive and dangerous, as I rely on these sensors for my insulin delivery. Their lack of patience and respect put me in danger. They need to train their staff to handle patient needs properly.

  They are simply the best. Extremely kind on the phone and in person. Also extremely helpful when it comes to getting things done with insurance companies.

  Called Wallgreens first for Covid anti-viral meds, took a while to speak with someone, they did not have it in stock, but the person at the pharmacy at least tried to be helpful. Called CVS, you can't even talk to someone, keep waiting and waiting. Then I called this Giant location - got connected to the pharmacist without a wait, the lady was nice and caring, said she would get the prescription ready in 15 minutes upon receiving it from the doctor and she did. She was efficient and caring. This is my new pharmacy!

  Theresa is a rockstar of a pharmacist even when it’s chaotic and busy with a lot of customers. She deserves recognition and a raise for her awesomeness.
