As a lead/nurse and instructor teaching/showing/explaining the procedure, transfering the info, etc. but she poorly communicates to the patients and/or patients' relatives, and show no confidence with her suggestion (if any) when react/face the unexpected or unsual situations. When situation needs expert's advise, she asked patient what they want her to do (giving no additional inputs or explainations for the situation). 🙄😑
