  Very very poor communication. As a lead/nurse and instructor teaching/showing/explaining the procedure, transfering the info, etc. but she poorly communicates to the patients and/or patients' relatives, and show no confidence with her suggestion (if any) when react/face the unexpected or unsual situations. When situation needs expert's advise, she asked patient what they want her to do (giving no additional inputs or explainations for the situation). 🙄😑

  I am writing this review on behalf of a relative who is a former patient of Fresenius Fairfax, and I feel compelled to share their deeply troubling experience. This clinic is a disgrace to patient care and should be avoided at all costs. The manager, Tariq, is shockingly lazy and neglectful. He is fully aware of ongoing issues like the persistent mice and cockroach infestation, patient TVs that never work, blood-stained patient equipment, and the use of standard trash bags for hazardous waste instead of the required red medical-grade ones. Despite knowing about these problems, he does absolutely nothing to resolve them. On top of that, Tariq frequently leaves the office early, making it impossible for patients to address concerns or get any assistance from management when it’s most needed. The charge nurse, Wei, is another glaring issue. Her constant yelling at patients and staff creates a toxic and anxiety-inducing environment. Worse, she loudly discusses sensitive medical information, including STD diagnoses, in front of other patients and staff on the clinic floor. This isn’t just unprofessional—it’s a massive violation of HIPAA privacy laws, showing a complete disregard for patient rights and confidentiality. The level of neglect and unprofessionalism at this clinic is appalling. My relative left this clinic because they could no longer tolerate the unsafe conditions, privacy violations, and lack of basic respect. Patients deserve to feel safe, respected, and cared for in a medical setting—none of which this clinic provides. Avoid Fresenius Fairfax at all costs.

  I am going to this location for my treatment about 8 months, I would like say thank you to Mr Zia , he is one of the best medical staff I ever seen, I feel very comfortable the time he do my treatment ,he is very professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and responsible @ Fresenius dialysis center in Fairfax Virginia location!🙏
