Mileeva is great as often mentioned. My first visit was a private one with her. She quickly assessed where I needed work and had the tools, physical and mental to begin making improvements. Exceeded my expectations!

Gabby’s an excellent instructor. She is very easy to follow through the routines and challenges you through the different levels. Really enjoy her classes.

Love it!!! If you get an introductory month class package you can go to multiple classes ina. Row it’s easier to learn that way. I started going infrequently just to try it but it’s too hard to learn to take it sporadically. If you wanna get ur midsection ripped up take Angeliques class she’s the bomb.

My class with Neeta was very disappointing. Throughout the session, she didn’t guide me properly or help correct my form, even when it was clear that I was struggling. Pilates requires proper alignment and careful instruction, and I felt completely unsupported during the class. This also made me wonder: if I had injured a muscle because of doing a movement incorrectly, who would have taken responsibility? I find this quite concerning, and I want to bring it to the attention of Club Pilates. I truly hope they take their members’ safety and feedback seriously.

I usually take my Pilates classes with Tanya or Kaylee, and I’ve always been very happy with their teaching. However, today I had a class with Neeta, and it was an absolute disaster. I’m relatively new to Pilates, and while I typically take classes at a level 1-1.5, all the instructors I’ve had so far have been incredibly calm, respectful, and helpful. If I was doing something wrong or struggling, they immediately corrected me and offered assistance. That was until today with Neeta. She was extremely arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. During the first 10 minutes of the class, she told me and my friend that we were "wrong for being in this class," and for the remaining 50 minutes, she barely answered any of our questions. She didn’t demonstrate anything or help us when we didn’t understand something, and at the end of the class, she humiliated us in front of everyone. It was an awful and uncomfortable experience. I was forced to stay since we couldn’t cancel the class, but I felt so uncomfortable throughout. It’s shocking and disappointing to experience such poor behavior from an instructor in a studio that is otherwise so wonderful and highly recommended. If I were you, I would suggest finding another studio where your time and money are valued and where you’re treated with respect.
