  Disappointing front desk and customer service experience. They sent a reminder for me to schedule an appointment. I scheduled and confirmed the appointment and also did the pre check in. When I arrived for my appointment they told me that my prior referral was expired and I was liable for out of pocket. I really did not appreciate the way the front desk communicate with me. They have poorly designed automated systems and poor customer service for their humans in the customer facing loop. They wasted my time. I wish that I could charge them for my billable hours. Not recommended based on their scheduling and referral process.

  The prescription cream caused my face red and swollen. I called, but the doctor never follow up. I told them my face is sensitive, they still did not make any notes for allergies. Very bad experience

  Tinuke and her team are amazing! I've been seeing her since 2023, and I came in with concerns about early signs of acne. Even though my acne wasn’t severe, I was worried my concerns might be dismissed because it was very minimal but she completely understood and validated how I was feeling. Since then, my skin has transformed and now has a healthy, glowing look. Of course, I still get occasional breakouts (age-related), but I always feel reassured knowing I can count on her for support and honest guidance. Highly recommend!

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel I have to share my experience with Anne Dermatology. I went in for acne problems, thinking it would be best to see a dermatologist, and that’s where I found Dr. Valentin. Unfortunately, she made my acne much worse after prescribing tretinoin, which caused a purge that I’ve been struggling with since February. For months, we tried different treatments like dapsone and antibiotics, but the purge never stopped. It eventually led to scarring, which she acknowledged — yet she showed little compassion or accountability for the fact that her prescription caused this. Due to this, she believed Accutane would be the next step since all other treatments had failed. I was hesitant because she mentioned that another purge could happen — but after what tretinoin had already done, I was mentally defeated. I couldn’t imagine going through another purge that might leave me with even more scars. I understand that skincare often involves some trial and error, but as a dermatologist, I wish she had helped me manage the situation better instead of letting it worsen. This experience has completely destroyed my self-esteem, and it’s a constant reminder every time I look in the mirror. While I’m sure some patients have had success with Dr. Valentin, my experience was very disappointing. I was driving 30–40 minutes and paying for help that only made things worse. As mentioned before, she lacked compassion for what happened to my face as a result of her prescribed treatments. I truly wish she had shown more empathy instead of being so dismissive with how severe the situation was to me.
