  The nurses are Dr's are ok. The front desk ladies not so much one of them have the nastiest attitudes. My child is seen there they say they are facing the notes to the school that is a LIE. I have been battling the high-school for the last few years because of this Dr's office not sending the school the Dr's note then I have a second child that just started at another school an lord nd behold Friday my son was seen there an come Monday no note was sent to the school. I went up there to grab a note an the lady wanted a catch an attitude ma'am its not my fault or problem yall don't do your work I have asked to speak to a office manager nd have been denied more then once will be finding another office asap

  I was fairly new to this office, I had only been seen 4 times. I did not care for the way the dr aggressively ripped my child’s shift off during an appointment. I went for my child’s 1 year check up, I told them I didn’t want to vaccinate today. He was very rude & short with me. Told me I could leave whenever, and was told that I would no longer be seen there. Which is totally fine because I would not have returned anyway. If you have different views/opinions than them, well goodluck charlie.

  Dr.Samples was very rude and unprofessional. When he came in the room he took my phone off the table and proceeded to turn it off so my son couldn't watch Mrs.Rachel then told me I'm slowing my son's learning progress and made it seem like I was a bad parent for letting him watch her. Then when my husband called to speak to him, he was really disrespectful and told to find another doctor and hung up on him!

  Jackie Morgan is amazing 🤩 she so sweet and she is great with my children and the nurse's are as well I've never had an issue.

  The nurses need to work on their attitude. Every time I go there the nurses the seem unhappy and rude . Dr sampler he needs to take more time with little ones especially when tryes the undress them.
