PATHS is a Federally Qualified Health Center with the goal of providing quality affordable healthcare to the communities we serve. PATHS accepts most insurances, and serves all patients regardless of ability to pay or insurance status. PATHS offers general primary care medical services including physical exams, vaccinations, labs. Additional services include behavioral/mental health, pharmacy, medication assistance and case management among others. PATHS also provides women's health (OB/GYN), pediatrics and dental services at other locations. PATHS provides adult primary medical and behavioral health services at this location. Pediatrics and Women's Health remain at our 705 Main Street location.
