Either their computer has been hacked or someone is stealing refills. They didn't bother to investigate, and it should be easy to find out when the refill was filled, I have the box showing the original with one refill, but they couldn't be bothered. Poor service.

Pharmacy staff are white privileged people who seem to think that good service is dependent on skin color and type of insurance. Medicaid and Medicare patients are treated badly.
