  I want to express my deepest appreciation to Katelyn and Barbara for the love and care they give my mom with her hearing needs. They provide a welcoming environment and are always friendly and accommodating with us. My mom is 90 years old and they treat her with respect and ease. Katelyn demonstrates a strong knowledge of her field and patiently works to solve any concerns, provide comfort and smile while doing so. I highly recommend this office for anyone’s hearing needs.

  The day before I left for a week vacation I waded into a river with my hearing aid charger in my pocket. I called Barbara from South Dakota, who ordered a new charger for me over the phone AND arranged for my wife to pick up a loaner charger until the new one arrived. The Culpeper Hearing Center is #1 in customer service.
