I came in a couple minutes early and was told I needed to redo the paperwork that I had already done online, and even more paperwork on my insurance information, despite me insisting that I had already filled these out before and my name was in the system. Alright, no big deal, it's just a bit more paperwork that doesn't take a super long time, and it didn't look like the pharm tech was super experienced so I just redid it again. Even after turning in the paperwork, I sat and waited for 50 minutes. I'm not a confrontational person but at that point I went back to the counter and asked how much longer the wait would be. And I was made to feel like a complete nuisance for even asking. I get that people are busy, but if I knew I'd be waiting for an hour I would've just gone somewhere else. This was the last shred of patience I had for this location.
