Sure on occasions there might be a problem with medication shipment due to the control of the Manufacturer. People the Pharmacy has no control over that so get it together and treat them with the respect they show us. Kroger Pharmacy in Clifton Forge Virginia has an excellent staff.

I'm so tired of asking and asking and the girls don't listen or get my refills correct. The girl I talked to today was trying to get off the phone to quick to even listen to what I said. I really hope the pharmacist can do something about this PLEASE!!!

Unlike some other pharmacies near by Kroger pharmacists and aides are always professional, courteous, and go the extra mile. They are a very busy pharmacy, but I've never seen them "frazzled". Quick, courteous, and knowledgeable, all the things you'd want from a pharmacy. Highly recommend.
