  If I could give it ZERO "0" stars I would. I was very disrespected by a Kroger Pharmacist that was supposed to help me get my medication that was refilled. She got very rude with me, had an attitude that escalated and turned her back on me and left me without my medication. I do not feel comfortable even getting my medication from this pharmacy anymore. I will be switching to another pharmacy before I even receive my medication.

  WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY FOR ANY SCHEDULED / NARCOTIC PRESCRIPTIONS!!! Someone is taking large quantities of scheduled prescriptions by switching bottles off camera after the robot camera count. Now my poor, disabled wife has less than her 90-day prescription and will likely have a severe adverse affect from not having this medication due to the severity of her Multi Sclerosis. MANAGEMENT IS RUDE, SHOWS NO EMPATHY, AND IS EXTREMELY IMMATURE!! They will refuse to help, perform an inventory or, assist in any way. The police will refuse to help and always side with a pharmacy! Be careful who you do business with if you are truly ill. ZERO STARS!!!

  They always seemed understaffed for the amount of volume they have. This isn’t on the employees, but their leaders. Inside is a long wait, and you can forget about the drive-thru. They might send through one car an hour.

  Giving this place even one star is a gift. I went yesterday to pick up my prescriptions and was told i have 5 prescriptions ready. So i picked up the bag of prescriptions and what do i find in the bag? I found 3 prescriptions that were actually mine, but i also got 2 prescription bottles that were labeled with a mans name. These bottles were empty but had a normal label on them.
