  Awful, AWFUL experience here. First time getting something filled here. It was a prescription another pharmacy transferred over. First of all, the pharmacist on duty (I think her name is Susanne) was a complete and total you-know-what to me. There was a situation with the quantity and she was very short-tempered, very rude, and very condescending to me. I had to make phone calls to insurance and to the other pharmacy because I guess she’s too good to call over to the other pharmacy. In the end, it was straightened out and when I went back in, one of the pharmacy techs (I wish I could remember her name because she was very kind, sweet, and patient with me) explained the discrepancy in the quantity that I had perceived. She cleared things up and explained so that I understood; something the pharmacist didn’t do. So when I got home, I saw the script was filled with the wrong dosage. I called the next morning since they were already closed by then. They said the other pharmacy sent over the wrong NDC for the medication and that they filled it based off that NDC. Regardless of whether the other pharmacy actually gave them the wrong NDC or not, I believe the people in the pharmacy (INCLUDING THE PHARMACIST SINCE THEY DO THE FINAL REVIEW OF THE FILL) are ALSO supposed to check the script from the dr against what they've actually filled to ensure it matches. Had someone done that, they would’ve found the dose was wrong. Instead, they blamed the other pharmacy by saying the other pharmacy gave them the wrong NDC. So they basically blamed their mistake on the other pharmacy and didn’t take responsibility or even acknowledge they made a mistake by not verifying the written script against the medication itself. Needless to say, I will never EVER be using this location’s pharmacy ever again. Be warned - if you use them, make sure you get the correct medication and strength because they apparently are very lackadaisical when filling medications.

  I am having a really hard time getting an RX filled due to insurance, pharmacy manager Katie was very helpful yesterday and took time with me to try to get this resolved. I was finally able to get this fixed after weeks of dead ends and everyone saying you need to talk to someone else.
