    I am having a really hard time getting an RX filled due to insurance, pharmacy manager Katie was very helpful yesterday and took time with me to try to get this resolved. I was finally able to get this fixed after weeks of dead ends and everyone saying you need to talk to someone else.

    Every time one of my scripts is put in at this place it constantly says in progress, it will be ready by this time and its never ready on time they have accepted my scripts and then said oh this is not available we won't have it until tomorrow, if you don't have it why not say so if the meds won't be ready why not send a message saying so its not that hard.
