  Love this studio. Staff is friendly. Melissa is awesome. She challenges me every class. Ras teaches a kick butt cardio class. Amy’s center and balance is the TRUTH.

  I am a 70 year old woman with fibromyalgia. I joined East Chester before they even opened hoping to find an outlet. I love it. I go 4 times a week. I love the instructors and the staff. For the first time my bone density has increased. Try it and love it like ME!

  I am a newbie to Pilates. I had always wanted to try Pilates aspecially after a new studio opened close to my home. I thought that I might be too old or a klutz like me would not be able to do the exercises. Was I wrong! The classes are small, inclusive and the instructors are amazing! I have met new friends with my classmates and instructors. When I was sick recently, my "main" instructor reached out to me to see how I was doing. I never experienced this before iat other gyms. Everyone is so friendly and you are greeted by your name when you arrive for class. Classes are small and intimate and instructors will help you with the exercies and no two classes are the same. If you are on the fence about giving Pilates a try, go for it! You won't be disappointed!

  So I agreed to a 3 month contract, and was told that I could cancel anytime after that, and if I wanted to cancel before that I’d have to pay 99$. I cancelled on January 11 which their saying I needed to have cancelled on December 28 so their trying to get me to pay an additional 176 $ because I didn’t give an “advance notice”. Staff is rude. I wasn’t even able to cancel earlier because I had to come in person they couldn’t give as reason why i couldn’t cancel my membership through the phone. Plus we had so many holidays and they were closed. And snowed days very unreasonably. Do not recommend
