  I’ve been coming to Club Pilates East Chester for a few months now. It’s been amazing! The instructors are knowledgeable, so attentive to proper form and genuinely care about your progress. I’ve noticed a huge change in my strength and posture in just a few months. Special shoutout to Melissa G. for keeping me motivated in every class and helping me get a stronger core. I feel more flexible and energized. The studio is always clean, and filled with positive energy. The front desk staff are welcoming and make you feel right at home. Highly recommend!

  Let me start by saying that the instructors are wonderful, and you really get out what you put in. I had a pleasant experience during my time when I was actively going. The thing that absolutely ruined my club Pilates experience and is why I will be advising all friends to maybe choose a different studio is what happened when I tried to cancel. I moved out of the area, but I wanted to keep going as long as possible. I understood that I might have to pay a little bit more to keep my membership active until I moved, but I didn’t want to cancel too early. Once I moved, I called the front desk and asked how I could switch my studios. I was told that wasn’t possible. I understood, no worries. I explained that I had moved and would thus sadly need to cancel. I was told over the phone that I had to walk in a hand written letter. I explained that I no longer lived in the area and asked if I could email a photo of a letter. That wouldn’t work due to policy. The girl on the phone seemed really apologetic and I understood. This was only a few days before my membership was renewing and I would be charged again, and she specifically told me that if I brought in the letter before then, I wouldn’t be charged. I couldn’t make it to the studio before then, but I thought “okay, well that’s kind of on me”. I had a few days during that month when I could potentially make a class, so I thought “I’ll make the most of it”. Keep in mind I was paying for the most expensive package, which was supposed to offer more flexibility. I brought in my letter to cancel and sent a follow up email. Then, and only then, was I told that I needed to give a 30 day notice, and I would be charged another $258 for another month. Of a service that I can’t use. Because I don’t live in the area. Which I had explained a month before, when I explained that it would be difficult for me to get a hand written letter to them. I get that corporate greed is a thing, but I was told when I signed up that I was locked in to three months and then could cancel anytime. This is not canceling anytime. So yeah the studio is nice, the instructors are wonderful, just be SURE to read the fine print.

  The instructors are great! All sweet and knowledgeable individuals. HOWEVER i would suggest never getting a membership if you want to be able to cancel it. There is a lot of miscommunication between front office staff. I spoke with 3 different staff members attempting to cancel my membership and was told multiple different things. I had just delivered my baby and have had multiple health issues including back problems and they want to give me the run around about canceling the membership. Still months later and hundreds of dollars wasted I can’t end my membership until I deliver a hand written note (I live 45 mins from the studio) There’s no reason you should have to come into the building with a hand written note to cancel a dang membership. This is 2026 for goodness sakes.
