    Our appt was at 1115 and we were not seen until 12, and didnt leave the office until 230pm. It was an extremely long visit for my son in particular.

    Kayla’s visit was fine. My billing is the issue. I wasn’t informed that I had to have a different exam for cataracts. That doesn’t bill through my vision insurance. It bills through my medical. I wasn’t made aware of this until 3 weeks later when I’m hit with a larger bill. If I was told in advance I could have prepared for this but I wasn’t. I scheduled a regular eye exam I had no knowledge there was a different procedure for me. No one told me when I booked, the day of my appointment, not at checkout. I feel like it’s a bait and switch to bill me higher after the fact.

    I'm not happy with the service. I asked them not to put drops in my garlic and that was the first thing they did.

    Staff very helpful and professional with a touch of empathy. Doc Patel lead me thru what was coming up, The time frame we discussed worked for me in theory. Will recommend them to others.
