  Jamie the morning front desk employee is quite literally one of if not THE BEST things about this gym. She is always so bright and chipper in the mornings greeting everyone with a smile. Her and Xavier are always a good time and make getting up to workout at 5am that much easier. Those two along with the clean facility make this gym 5 stars. A must try!

  This gym provides a very welcoming encironment. The facilities are clean and the staff is always super friendly and helpful, especially Alek.

  I’ve been active with this gym for a little over a year and have nothing but great things to say. The facility is large, clean, and has everything you could possibly need for a great workout. They also have red light therapy, tanning stalls, massage chairs, and the leg compression boot thing. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Ive also never seen it crowded to the point you need to wait for a machine. Highly recommend.

  This Gym is one of the best I can honestly stay for a long time. The friendliness of the staff and their professionalism I can live to it. And of course, the quality of the different classes, the cleanliness of the restrooms and other areas were obviously taking place every workout days I am there. There is always variety of workouts that are very effective and efficient. Members I met at OneLife were very friendly and supportive, which I appreciate very much! The two staff I actually admire the most were Alek and Mike, the manager. They were listeners, pro-active in all my concerns, helpful, accommodating and performing as professionals! Thank you Alek and Mike! 😊
