  I just love this place! The staff was wonderful as always. I was panicked because my left hearing aid was dead. I walked in for my appointment and Lindsey who runs the office fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I always have great service with the folks who work at the Chesapeake office. Mr Alverez is excellent and again can’t say enough about the Lindsey. They are the best and always makes you feel you are more than just a customer. Wonderful service always. You can’t go wrong if you choose the Chesapeake office at Volvo parkway.

  My mother’s entire countenance and attitude change because she was able to hear!!!! The people here at the Greenbriar location were very helpful and courteous .

  Diego and Lindsy were at our service for our first visit. The wait was very short. We got in and the visuals and explanation of details were presented in a very professional and thorough manner. The hearing test we are sure was precise given the difficulty of my hearing. We determined what I needed for my circumstance and proceeded to make my decision. Today I got my hearing aids!!! Yea. Everything was perfect. We finalized the deal and I could not be happier. These two are super. I especially like the "no pressure" sales approach. These two employees are fantastic and I hope for a continuing relationship throughout the years to come.
