  Had the best experience today with Kris. She was so friendly and patient! She asked about my dog who I was filling medication for and genuinely seemed to care. Made my day!

  The most frustrating experience every single time I go to get a medication. I have had four completely different insurance companies that I have tried to use here, all very popular and common insurance companies, and all of my insurances that I have tried to use here, they tell me that they don’t accept it. This last time which was today, they said 1000% they take Blue Cross Blue Shield. I just left and no shocker, they don’t take it like they told me they did. Beyond frustrated is an understatement. Just finished the request to transfer over to a different pharmacy to use for now on. Been using them for years, so I absolutely do not recommend.

  Terrible pharmacy. I needed to pick up 10 prescriptions for my mother-in-law that were sent by the rehab facility after her stroke. She was moving into assisted living and needed the meds. The rehab sent them to the pharmacy on Wednesday. When I went on Thursday to pick them up, they said they had no record of them. So, I brought back the original written prescriptions. The manager said they were closing in 20 minutes and she would have the ready the next day at 10am and would text me when they were ready. So about 11 I finally went over and they said they only had one done. I stress the importance of her getting these ASAP since she needs them. So about 25 minutes later I went back. The girl said, "here are your two prescriptions." I told her there were 10 and she said that is all she saw in the system. After fumbling about for a while, she found the prescriptions I left with the manager the previous night. Now, it was almost noon and they tell me it would be AT LEAST another 30-40 minutes before I could even get them. Meanwhile, an elderly lady who needs these medications is sitting in an assisted living facility without the medication that was faxed over here two days ago. Now I am just sitting here waiting for them, missing work, and very irritated. Hopefully they can get me these meds for her so I can get them delivered. Worst customer service ever at a pharmacy I have ever had.

  I’ve been using this pharmacy for at least 10 years or so. They’ve never been that busy like some pharmacies. But, the help and friendliness from the associates have never been very nice. Especially today 9/19/23 at 11:30am. All 3 associates ignored me standing there. Then the one who finally did help acted rude and made me feel I was inconveniencing her. Maybe that’s why they are never busy. Just sad.
