  This is one of the only places in the area that accepts certain kinds of insurance, which is why it is so overly saturated with patients. I do not share the same experience as many of the other people leaving reviews here. The wait times are long, yes, but NP Castro really took care of me. She helped with the intake process that nurses normally perform to cut down on my wait time and performed my pap with little pain or issues. I thankfully only need routine care so I will likely be returning specifically to see NP Castro.

  Before COVID, this clinic provided amazing customer service and quality care. Unfortunately, that has drastically changed. It is extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone, and simple requests like medication refills or referrals can take weeks — sometimes even months — to be addressed. Appointments are consistently overbooked and run hours behind schedule, and there seems to be a high staff turnover rate. The overall communication and organization have declined significantly. Due to these ongoing issues, I will not be returning for care. I truly hope the clinic works on improving patient communication and overall efficiency.

  The absolute worst! My experience was similar to every other negative review. I've been here many times and also never saw a doctor.

  This place is terrible. Prepare to wait at least 2hrs from your scheduled time. Take the entire day off and don’t plan anything at all for the entire day. I waited over 3hrs for a scheduled annual check up! I waited over 2hrs for a medication refill appt.
