My last session with Ms. Briyanna G was very nice. She is quiet but, don’t let that fool you she is quite skilled in her art of getting you where you need to be. I look forward to my next session!

I wanted to purchase a session or two for this location as a birthday gift, so I navigated to the website and created an account as it (very conveniently) seemed I couldn’t proceed without one. Long story short, you can’t buy sessions for someone else, so I purchased a gift card instead. The following day I had started receiving countless phone calls and texts throughout my workday causing numerous disruptions. Even after asking them to stop, the calls and texts continued. Do yourself a favor and just go to an actual physical therapist. StretchLab is nothing but a gimmick and never-ending sales pitch. Do not even consider giving them your phone number. My review wouldn’t post with the screenshot of my texts from StretchLab so here’s what they say: Wed, June 18 at 8:00 AM Hi Amber! It's Jill from StretchLab Greenbrier. I just saw your info come through! What kind of results would you like to achieve with assisted stretching? Thu, Jun19 at 12:31 PM You keep calling me while I'm at work and interrupting what I'm doing. Stop. Tue, July 1 at 1:20 PM Hi Amber! We apologize for reaching out during work hours, what's a good time to call and get you in for a stretch? We are having a 50% off promo we'd love for you come in for!

Money pit!!! Absolutely no personal understanding of situations that are impeding your ability to continue. Legalistic refusal to allow you to prove that you were told totally different information than the so called “contract.” NO warning that they are about to charge you again and again and again after the first three months that they literally sold as the only requirement to be there…three months! Only three months! NO communication even though you, the member, have alluded to caregiving, hospitalizations and needing to provide child care; therefore overwhelming. Two texts only say to let us know when you want to come in. I assumed that I misunderstood…they were going to let me use my unused visits? How nice…nope…total scam. They do not care, nor do they want you to know if the membership was totally presented as ONLY three months…then we’ll talk and you can do a lot less. Sadly, I assumed I had eaten the 3 months. Come to find out with no emails, no texts and no receipts they continued hitting my card every single month though I was obviously not there. I was covered up with emergencies! Unbelievable…so they lie up front completely. Then they quietly and with no notice or even receipts just keep charging you…they know…how can they sleep at night? I cannot seem to respond to the response below so I will add this. None of this response below is true. I received 2 voice mails total…nothing about continued charges after being told it was for three months only. It sounded as if they just wanted me back in. I received no billings nor receipts at all…nothing by email, texts or calls. This is a continuation of the deception they will play. Beware. After calling to complain and try to refute charges after three months, they billed again! This is a huge money pit.

Haven’t even gone in yet and already not looking forward to it. Called today to see about getting in today, which they could do which is nice BUT a half off price for first time for 25 minutes is like 29.99. That’s kind of pricey. $60 bucks for 25 minutes of stretching? Also they mentioned we had to have socks with grip after they got our payment. They have the socks you HAVE to use but for 16 dollars! That’s insane for a pair of socks. And you also cannot cancel and get a refund for whatever reason. That sort of doesn’t make sense. I almost do t want to go but they got the money
