Gentlemen and ladies we owe it to ourselves to have our workout work for our future healthy selves! Pure Barre brings variety of classes, choreography and instructors. I feel like I can personalize the workouts with my choice of weights and equipment and the intensity of the moves. The optional moves make me work harder or maybe lighter ! I have healed from injuries and now I am stronger and more flexible than before. I AM THANKFUL AND CAN NOT WAIT TO SEE MY FUTURE HEALTHIER SELF!
