    John at the pharmacy is absolutely amazing!! He has gone above and beyond every single time I visit the pharmacy which is monthly if not a couple a times a month. He always takes the time to listen to me and explain things thoroughly when needed. He is genuine and cares about his customers. I highly recommend any one with pharmaceutical needs or questions contact or visit John at this Kroger Pharmacy!! Thank you John, The Fords!!!

    Wait for drive through is about 10-15 minutes a car, so give yourself an extra hour if you have to stop here, amd if theres a good line you may as well try another day. Its not any better if you go inside...

    I’ve been getting medication for my dog here to treat his epilepsy, I’ve been coming here almost two years now. I was happy with the service, professionalism of the staff and timely manner of them filling prescriptions. I’m not sure what happened recently but I have not been happy. They don’t make deadlines of when their automated system says your prescription will be ready. Mind you I try to call with enough time in advance knowing I’m not their only customer. The last three to four refills at least I’ve had to go to the pharmacy to figure out the status of my order. I don’t get text updates of when my orders are ready which adds to my aggregation. I’ve seriously been considering taking my prescriptions elsewhere.
