Wait for drive through is about 10-15 minutes a car, so give yourself an extra hour if you have to stop here, amd if theres a good line you may as well try another day. Its not any better if you go inside...

I’ve been getting medication for my dog here to treat his epilepsy, I’ve been coming here almost two years now. I was happy with the service, professionalism of the staff and timely manner of them filling prescriptions. I’m not sure what happened recently but I have not been happy. They don’t make deadlines of when their automated system says your prescription will be ready. Mind you I try to call with enough time in advance knowing I’m not their only customer. The last three to four refills at least I’ve had to go to the pharmacy to figure out the status of my order. I don’t get text updates of when my orders are ready which adds to my aggregation. I’ve seriously been considering taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE! The ER called in 2 prescriptions at the exact same time I received the text message that they got the prescription and the texts messages were a minute apart, they text me late that day to say 1 RX was filled so I went to pick it up, I asked the woman at the window why my other RX was not filled and she rudely stated “we have a lot of people ahead of you” well how can I not have people ahead of me for 1 RX but so many are ahead of me between a minute from when they got both RX’s! Needless to say they didn’t fill it until the next day and texted 30 mins until they closed it was ready which didn’t give me enough time to get there to get it that day! So I went the next day at 7pm only to pull up to a sign that said come back later! This is the absolute worst service and customer service ever! I am pulling all meds and going to Chesapeake RX! Service in Kroger has got bad but the pharmacy is way worse and the girl there is obviously not for customer service!

The store is amazing. It’s always clean & I always find what I need. However the pharmacy sucks. They are understaffed so you literally wait in the drive thru for NO LESS than 30min. This is the only one that does this. I know one time I had to go In because they were short staffed & waited 20min. The pharmacist was giving vaccines etc etc. butttttt they didn’t even have my prescription. They ran out of pills. No call or nothing. I dread coming here, the only reason I do is because I am in the discount club & my meds are expensive but here they are so cheap. Smhhh
