- JHJann HuntAug 8, 20253.0Initially I was very impressed. I needed someone in a hurry for after-hospitalization care. However, in the two and a half weeks I had 13 different caregivers, only one, or possibly two, of which I would ever have back again. In addition I was only given one piece of paper, no copies of anything I signed at the initial contact. I had no opportunity to review all the papers that were thrown at me to sign. Having just being released from the hospital I was in no position to appreciate some of the terms, like the 4 1/2% fee for using a credit card, which in a rushed situation would be the only recourse. Never again.

We clearly have the “dream team !” Judy Shaw is here in the daytime, and Ivonne Limongi is our overnight guardian. These two women are simply the best caregivers ever! In addition, we have excellent help from Marcia Merritt. Home Instead is a must-have if one ever needs a companion or caregiver!
