  I dropped my mother's hearing aids off for cleaning over a month ago. During that time frame I was wondering what took them so long for the repair. Well they were calling my mother to come and get them. So you were calling a deaf person 🤔 to pick up hearing aids.Make it make sense. So when I was told the aide was in. I go to get the aide only to find out the company sent the wrong hearing back. So another week has gone by now week 5 with my mother not being able to hear. This is so unacceptable business practice. Unacceptable because apart of quality life for mother has been interrupted because of a lack of quality assurance and checks and balances from this company. I am still waiting on the hearing aides and my mother is continuing not to participate in conversations.

  Awesome Awesome Awesome...great, caring professionalism. Remarkable peaceful atmosphere. I was made to feel very important, by how I was listened to as I explained what my concerns were. Stephanie Rawls gave me great advice on my next steps if I had any other hearing concerns. Oh which I didn't have any hearing issues. Great service and care team. I highly recommend this place for all of your hearing needs and concerns.

  I felt very comfortable there and the atmosphere was very calming (as I was having a bad day before I got there). Things were explained in a very good way and I was happy to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks.

  I was very pleased with Connect Hearing at my appt. I was given wonderful care, plenty of time, and patience to get what I needed to hear much better. I was greeted with a friendly smile from my audiologist and staff. Thankyou so much for such a great experience!!!!

  Matt the technician who served me when I purchased my hearing aids has since retired. Now can’t seem to find anyone to answer a phone. Leave a message & promise they’ll get back to you in 24 hours! Seriously? Unsatisfactory.
