  Everything! Staff friendly, prompt, treated me like a real person. Easy registration, quick check in, preparedness, taken to room and nurse was on it! PA Jeff was prompt, introduced himself, stook his hand out to shake mine and asked me what my name was - that hasn't happened in years by doctor's! He listened to my concerns, gave me an exam, asked me if I wanted imaging which is great because not all places ask they just order it and tell you, we discussed non medicine ways to help me heal and he didn't say anything sarcastic or make me feel stupid!

  The service was incredible. I went to the location in Chesapeake, close to greenbrier. The woman at the front desk was extremely pleasant and kind from the start. She kept checking in and apologizing for there being a wait but it felt like I didn't wait a long time at all! It was just nice to know she cared about keeping me updated. The nurse and PA were extremely nice as well and super helpful. This was my first time and I will only be coming back to this urgent care from now on! I live all the way in Virginia Beach but it is absolutely worth the drive, I'd drive even further. A lot of places make you wait forever and then just want you out as fast as possible to get onto the next patient. The staff at this place made me feel like they genuinely cared and asked questions to make sure they knew all of the concerns I had. When you don’t feel well these things can really make a difference and I appreciate the treatment I got from everyone I encountered.

  Will never go there again. Went in for treatment for a reoccurring sinus infection and bronchitis. They said I still have fluid in my ears but I should still only use OTC drugs. Went to patient first a few days later. They did a chest Xray and sent me home with steroids, antibiotics, and cough meds. Go somewhere else!!!!

  I had such a great experience today at AFC Urgent Care Chesapeake. The customer service was truly excellent, and the wait time was super short, which I really appreciated. The staff treated us with so much care and attention, and they were very efficient and thorough throughout the visit. I’m so grateful for how kind, professional, and attentive the entire team was. Highly recommend if you need urgent care services!

  Every step of my process here was great. It's never fun having to go to an urgent care but the team here is the best you could ever ask for. Efficient and professional. Special shout out to those who took care of me: Marie, PA Ortega, the bubblely xray tech, and the front desk member!
