  Tracy, the lady who helped me out, was extremely nice and personable and made me feel very comfortable. However, a little annoying that both the ID scanner in the lobby as well as the ID scanner in the room we were in did not work.

  I've had two visits to this location and both were exceptional. There were some computer issues prior to my first appointment. Brittany went above and beyond to coordinate things so I didn't have to change my appointment. Also thanks to Brittany, my appointments were fast and painless.

  This Quest location has easy parking, correct online hours, and fast staff. I was truly in and out within minutes. Brittany, one of the staff members, was particularly kind and organized.

  Had a great experience and wish this lab were closer to home so I could return whenever I needed labs. I was taken back right at my appointment time, and the lab tech who drew my blood was friendly, kind, and extremely skilled. I regret not getting her name so I could recognize her publicly, but she was working at opening on December 10.
