- CJC JordanNov 2, 20251.0We experienced the same yesterday 11/01/2025 @ 3pm as others, we waited because the signs says they'll be back in 15 mins. Waited until 3:30 still not back. Then we kill time at Dicksporting and came back at 4:45 still not back. I saw the same people came back too. So we gave up. Management needs to train whoever was on shift yesterday!!

My review is mainly on the male clerk who was there I watched him with two customers before me and he was just completely not personable at all. This being a place where people are going to have questions you may want to know how to at least smile and offer some type of customer service. Ash the manager is always a delight to see but this guy was just completely uncomfortable to be around just based off his attitude that you could feel coming off of him. Honestly if I see him I will just have to walk out definitely don’t want to be in a store that allows their employees to be so mean.
- ABAndy BushJul 6, 20221.0A horrible customer experience ordering a product that wasn’t in stock to be shipped. 4 weeks have passed, several trips to the store, and a dozen phone calls to their corporate team later - still no product was ever shipped or delivered and not anyone at GNC can figure out how to make it right by simply issuing a refund. I am told to call half a dozen numbers when I go in the store then the people on the phone tell me to go to the store. It is totally ridiculous.
