  This was an absolutely amazing experience! Dr. Ross is brilliant and caring. I had been shuffled around from person to person and was feeling disheartened. Dr. Ross immediately identified what needed to be addressed and done and in one visit, problem solved and I was on my way. The entire staff was kind and professional. I immediately felt I was in the best of hands. My first contact was with Lynn to initiate my appointment. She made me feel comfortable and answered my many questions. I immediately knew I was in good hands. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Ross and to make him part of my health care team!

  I have spent countless hours in a dental chair with all kinds of care and caregivers. I have to say that I went to this office with a lot of trepidation because I needed a lot of work done and I knew it would be time consuming and probably expensive. I had started the treatment plan in my daughter's office in Atlanta but COVID prevented my returning there. The minute I walked into this office I was treated with warmth and compassion plus professionalism. DR. Ross has worked with my daughter and kept her updated and listened to her input which is more than the general dentist I was see here ever did. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ross and his staff. If I have an issue and get in touch, I am seen that day and not rushed because they have worked me in. I would highly recommend this practice for the smallest to the biggest job. I am into my second year with him and have never questioned what he is doing or why. I have been very pleased with everything that has been done so far and even though COVID has made the procedures longer, I am happy I chose this practice. I admit that I have more problems than the average patient but the ability to handle them is very important to me and to my daughter. I have complete confidence in him and everybody I see there.

  Dr. Ross is excellent at his specialty. It is clear his clients and outcome are his priority. I am thankful I fell into his hands. He has an award winning staff that are well-versed in all the behind scene, little things that make our visits seamless.
