Karna, who has tested me, fitted me and programmed my hearing aides is a decided asset to Miracle Ear because of her knowledge, experience and skills. She is patient, kind, compassionate and explains everything in a clear and understandable way. Karna is also an excellent face and primary contact for the company. After working with her toward achieving the best hearing aid, I will gladly recommend others to Miracle Ear. Karna is a rare employee who looks out for the company but makes sure that her customers are satisfied. Thank you Miracle Ear for both of these young ladies! They should be well compensated for their excellent service! If not, the company will likely lose them to another employer who will better appreciate their worth and talents. If I were not retired and still had my business, these two young ladies would be working for me right now.
