While I still don’t understand why they can’t do transactions with credit cards over the phone to correct issues – my husband was able to stop in and take care of the problem for me. I can’t get to five stars yet because I don’t understand why they still couldn’t be done over the phone . Again really was great The service was great, the parking stunk, the prices are outrageous, but I have no choice but to pay for expenses prism lenses. The lenses I should have had were $930 without FRAMES. I have special needs, so I have no choice. 3 sets of lenses, using 2 old frames, and 1 of the cheapest frames came to $1300.00
