- RBRyan BalberNov 7, 20251.0Literally the worst pharmacy experience. I've been trying to pick up my prescription for 2 weeks, visited the store 6 times and still don't have my medication. Each time was a different reason, they said I didn't have prior authorization, but after speaking with my health insurance, they told me I did and that Harris Teeter hadn't even run my prescription in over 2 months. Just giving me bad explanation after bad explanation and excuses. The app said my medicine was ready two different times and both times multiple clueless employees tell me its been denied by my insurance company or they don't have it. I'm so done there, I'm never buying anything from the entire store again. Ridiculous how confidently and condescendingly WRONG their employees are. After challenging them, they move to a different computer and miraculously they get a different answer.
