  After a bad experience at another hearing aid provider I was sent here and it was truly a great experience! Brie got to know and understand my hearing needs and went far beyond what I had expected! I am looking forward to my fitting and on to better hearing!

  I wasnt expecting much since we used the free offer from Audionova for a hearing test. However, Brie was professional, respectful and very caring. Explained things clearly and thoroughly. I felt like she had our best interest at heart. It was a worry free process. I am so thankful for Brie and Audionova and highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

  EXCELLENT! AMAZING SERVICE! Many thanks go to Brie at AudioNova on Berkmar Drive for truly beyond-belief expertise and help with fine-tuning my new hearing aids. She’s an expert at programming the devices to fit my individual hearing needs, and has been incredibly patient with making tweaks that help me to access speech, streaming, music and usual surrounding sounds. She has made time to get me into the office quickly, sometimes the same day as my call. She has helped to make this big transition a pleasant and understandable experience. Thank you, Brie!

  I went there initially for an evaluation which, indeed, indicated a hearing loss. That said, I was eager to see what I had been missing. Albemarle Audiology is the only place in Charlottesville that carries Phonak's Lyric hearing aids. With them, I am not aware I have a hearing loss. I would not trade them for any other device - and I have tried. The service Marion and her staff provide is great. I find making appointments for replacements to be an easy task. The actual time in office for the replacement is maybe 10-15 minutes ... every six weeks or so.
