    I am very disappointed in this office staff/office manager and their rudeness. I had an appointment that was originally scheduled for April (this was auto scheduled following my referral being sent in). I needed to reschedule this appointment because I did not want to stop my allergy medication for a week leading up to the appointment during my prime allergy season. It was rescheduled to October and I later found I was pregnant with twins and I needed to rescheduled again, because the allergy testing wouldn’t be done while pregnant and we pushed to January. It’s now a week from my appointment, I have 7 week old babies and I need to reschedule because I’m breastfeeding and honestly have a lot to juggle with the babies. I thought they would be at a point where I could leave them with a sitter for an appointment but we are not there. This office decided that they do not want me as a patient and would not let me reschedule. They offered zero flexibility and were flat out rude.

    Omg this place is amazing!!! Staff was soooo friendly! My son's doctor was sooo personable! He had the beat bedside manner we ever experienced!! And I cant forget Sharon and Stacy!! They were soo bubbly and kind!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

    I'd love an opportunity to review this practice based on their care, but that would mean I'd made it past their front office staff to an appointment. Instead, I've waited eight days to hear from them regarding a referral. When I hadn't heard from them, I tried calling to schedule my appointment myself, but was told, by a rather rude receptionist, that it is against their policy to set appointments and that I am to simply wait until they get around to calling me. When I asked how long I should expect it to be before hearing from them, she said "no clue." Will update my review if I ever get an appointment. Edit: within one hour of posting this review, the office contacted me and scheduled an appointment for 3.5 months out. They apologized for the experience I had. 2nd edit: 6 hours after the office reaching out, their third party scheduling group called to schedule an appointment for me, not realizing I had one. I won't be able to speak to the quality of care from this practice, as I chose to go to a practice which got me in the next day, and I'm already receiving treatment that I would have waited 3.5 months to begin.

    Good afternoon I would like to raise a concern that I faced during my recent visit at Charlottesville VA center. A staff sitting at check in counter was rude and seems like a racists. She was talking appropriately with other customers but as we are Asian Americans, she was rude and it feels like we owe her. There is an outstanding balance on my account and I told her everything is paid and she was repeatedly asking how I m going to pay this. I insisted to provide me with details and she said I cannot provide you anything, just tell me how you are going to pay. Other patients were observing the conversation and it was embarrassing for me. She pronounced my name incorrectly everytime I attempted to correct her. I am a client with allergy partners for more then a year, I never had any issues at Waynesboro.
