- JJJJ JJNov 9, 20251.0Review for 10/8/2025 I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I arrived, the store was getting crowded and only one person was assisting customers. After a few minutes, another associate came to help me — and that’s when the problems began. The associate struggled to enter even basic information into the system. She repeatedly asked her coworker for help and made multiple data entry errors. Her explanation each time was simply that “the system isn’t working today.” I ended up wasting about 1.5 hours while nothing was handled correctly. I clearly asked for a breakdown of: Frame cost Lens cost Lens type/brand details Pricing with and without insurance She did not provide or explain any of this information. I remained patient, but things got worse when she attempted to measure my PD. She used an iPad and took the measurement while holding the device at an incorrect angle (approximately a 20% tilt) — and then ignored the inaccuracy entirely. At the end, instead of giving me an estimate, she asked for my phone number, tried to sign me up for Target Circle, and then told me I had to swipe my credit card before she could provide pricing. I have had glasses made at Target Optical before, and I have never been asked to provide payment information just to receive a quote. When I questioned this, she simply insisted “that’s how it works.” I will not be giving my business to this location. The experience with the associate was: Disaster Incompetent Misleading Completely unprofessional
