  Giving them a star because the staff are nice and seem to be competent when interacting with them. Also lines are usually not too long and they don’t take long too fill your meds. However, my med is ALWAYS out of stock, And then they will say it’ll be ready tomorrow , then tomorrow they’ll push it back another day, then - oh sorry we have to wait until next week for the back order to go through. This happens almost every single time! For a year! This does not make sense…. Basic logic- If you know you have patients picking up the med every month … you should know to have it prepared. There’s no excuse to be out of stock that same day every month. I don’t get it.? I’m So frustrated but I’ll give them two stars.

  I keep giving the benefit of the doubt and the pharmacy keeps falling short. When they tell you your prescription is ready, I would not trust it. I recommend you call first before you take a trip. This is one of too many times I go to pick up and it's not filled. They say it will take an hour. When you ask why then did you tell me it was ready after 3:00pm YESTERDAY, they say, "I don't know who told you that." with no apologies. Companies need to take accountability when they fall short of their promises, and consider their customers time to be as valuable as there's. Very frustrating!
