  I witnessed an elderly gentleman needing assistance with the check-in booth, and the lab tech was incredibly and shockingly rude to the poor man. The incident was on April 1st ,1pm. This tech seemed unable to treat other people like human beings. I'll not be returning to this location. I myself have had bad days while in a work environment, but I don't take it out on others around me. Her actions were borderline abusive. Perhaps this tech should be in another line of work where she doesn't need to interact with others?

  This location is unfortunately not a good option in my opinion. The first appt I had, the tech smelled of Marijuana, was not pleasant, barely saying 2 words. When I went for a return visit that I needed (I had an appt first thing in the am), the tech didn't even show up! There were 4 of us still waiting (with appts) after 25 minutes. I heard this happened recently to another person at this location as well. I do not recommend using this location.

  Had a great walk-in experience at 9:30 am on a weekday. Lisa was professional and kind, and got my blood draw on the first stick. I’m a very difficult stick so this was impressive. Check in on the kiosk was straightforward. This location has a low star rating but many of those are years old. I had a great experience and suggest you give it a try. Super convenient to leave my blood draw and pick up a gallon of milk 5 feet away.

  Easy to schedule, minimal wait time, and the lab technician provided a pleasant experience. I recommend the Burke Quest Diagnostics location. I will schedule future appointments there.
