  Too many people occupying machines or workout stations while browsing their cell phones. The gym actually has a rule against it but they don't enforce it. Time to find a new Gym. Will be checking out Golds Gym a couple miles away.

  One Life is a perfect gym that can fit everyone’s needs. Try out some of the free classes if you need some motivation to get your exercise routine started. Shout out to ALEC, my EP trainer, who has helped me this past year with getting stronger, learning the importance of specific stretches, and believing in me.

  The gym itself is good, but the customer service could definitely be improved. During peak hours, there should be more staff available at the front desk. It can take quite a while to get assistance when the gym is busy. Having additional people at the counter would make the experience much smoother for members. The existing staff could also benefit from additional training on how to handle customers more efficiently during peak hours.

  Very disappointing experience. As soon as I walked in, before I could even say hello, the employee immediately told me they were closing in 15 minutes. I was there with my six-year-old daughter who urgently needed to use the restroom. Her first response was that the other stores in the strip had restrooms my daughter could use. When I asked again if she was really denying a restroom to a six-year-old child, she then said I would need a membership to use their restroom. However, it was Sunday evening and the other stores she mentioned were already closed. Policies are understandable, but refusing a restroom to a young child shows a serious lack of basic compassion and humanity.

  I’ve had a great overall experience with OneLife Fitness. The facility is clean, well maintained, and has a wide variety of equipment available. The staff is friendly and professional, and the atmosphere makes it a great place to work out. Because of the quality of the gym and the overall experience, I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
