    On my 4th year. Am 76 and have never had better muscle tone! Having an appointment really helps with consistency. I tell people it is my 2x/week physical therapy routine.

    I have been very pleased with my workout sessions with my trainer, Ryan, over the past 4 months. I enjoy the 20 minute slow motion weight training sessions that work all the major muscle groups without putting stress on my joints. My trainer monitors my progress each time and motivates me to keep trying to get the most benefit out of each exercise. Since I started the program, I feel more fit and toned, have more energy and have lost several inches and pounds. I also have borderline osteoporosis and my physician recommended doing weight bearing exercise. I am happy to have found The Perfect Workout and I am hoping over time as I continue with the program, my bone density will show improvement.

    I have belonged to three large gyms, two of which are active now. Being older, not very athletic, and remembering some gruesome hours in high school mandatory gym classes, I was never happy. However, I like to stay reasonably fit. About a year ago I started working out at Perfect Workout. It is one on one, just me and my trainer. No one else in the little gym during my scheduled time. It takes less than 30 minutes, twice a week. Today, at 82, I have a flat belly, strong legs and arms, chest and back. I have lost pounds and inches, reduced by blood pressure and was able to cut out one of my BP pills. This place works, and you don't have to buy a fancy leotard or some lu lu lemons to impress the other folks at the gym. They aren't there.
