Since their experts retired and they changed their computer system, they are unbelievably slow and terrible with customer service. They outright lie about the times prescriptions will be ready, they send you text messages telling you your prescription is ready when it isn't, and then they give you a hard time and make fun of you when you ask to simply fill the prescription early and pay put of pocket to avoid the aforementioned problem. They also will make unprofessional, unsolicited calls to your personal phone number to try and justify their previous unprofessional behavior. Worse than Wal-Mart. Be prepared to not have your prescription on time.
