  This gym has everything I need, variety of weight lifting options, swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, many different fun classes, and indoor pickleball, most important selling point for me, staff members are kind, friendly, and flexible, just love it, that makes me exercise consistantly

  Great gym. They have plenty of equipment, a wide variety of classes and an indoor pool which should suit most anyone's fitness goals. The facility is well maintained. They keep the equipment in good repair. They have recently replaced the treadmills and updated the free weight area. The staff are very helpful.

  I’ve been coming to this OneLife Fitness location for a long time and have always had good experience…until today. Around 8:00 PM, I started to warm up on a machine in the personal training area, where I understand that is prioritized for personal training between 6am and 7:30pm. At this time(8pm) was not being used. A trainer with the name tag of ‘Michael L’ approached me in an aggressive and confrontational manner, pulled the machine cord, and told me to leave, claiming it he was using it for his trainee. His behavior was completely unprofessional and made both other members and his own trainees visibly uncomfortable. This was a very disappointing experience and not the level of professionalism I expect from this gym. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on an otherwise good facility.

  The Onelife gym is close to perfect to exercise and improve your health in that the gym is always clean and the machines are in excellent condition and all staffs are very kind. The gym is always well maintained and the staffs are always carefully to listen member’s request. Thank you to the Gym and Staffs!!

  Onelife in Burke, VA is far & away the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. This gym is huge with every amenity you can think of. It’s not only huge, it beautifully laid out, spacious, and exceptionally clean. But best of all is the sense of community the members and staff bring to this place; it’s really something special. And the pickle ball is amazing and makes me want to stay a member here forever; there are no extra fees and I’ve been able to convince several friends of mine to join. Summing up, this is a very special gym my wife and I can both whole heartedly recommend.
