  This is usually my go to place and I've never had any issues however today was a mess. Went there to get my prescription filled and met a lady who seemed to not have a great day. I get it, we all have those sometimes but it would be nice if we can still be polite. She took my phone number and gave me a note with a number on it and i figured they'd call or text when they're done and I'll just walk around doing some shopping. Normally they'd give me an ETA but this time they didn't which is fine. 45 minutes later I figured I'd go and ask how much longer because at that point I felt i might just come back later. They informed me it was ready. No text, call or no use for that ticket number. Complete waste of my time.

  The pharmacists here are incredible. They have twice transferred prescriptions for me from other pharmacies in town quickly and without fuss even though it adds a lot of work for them to do the transfer. A+!

  Today my doctor called a prescription into this pharmacy at 10:55 am. At 1:40 I attempted to pick it up and was told the pharmacist was currently working on it (2 3/4 hours later). I was given the #2 and told to wait. 15 minutes later no one had called #2. A young clerk who had just come out to help asked if she could help me. I explained I was waiting for #2 to be called. The older clerk said, "Oh, that's ready." and it was on the "shelf" - who knows for how long since no one ever called my # and the # never showed on the overhead prescription monitor. So, why did it take 2 3/4 hours to begin filling my prescription, why was I given a # if no one was going to call it or use the light up prescription monitor, why did the older clerk not tell me it was ready if they weren't going to call my name or # and they knew I was waiting? All this time there were 3 personnel behind the pharmacy wall and 1 to 3 clerks out front, the older clerk having such a great time laughing and joking. I have used this pharmacy for 15 to 20 years and will be changing!

  Staff is slow at the front and I got notification that my prescription is ready and when I get there, I still had to wait 10 mins
